Free, 30 minutes, no commitment. We talk through what's slowing your team down. No sales pitch, just an honest conversation about whether we're a good fit. If we're not the right match, we'll tell you.
Scope and proposal
We write a clear scope with a fixed price. You know exactly what you're getting, what it costs, and when it will be done. You approve before anything starts. No hourly billing surprises.
Build
2-4 weeks for most projects. You see progress throughout with weekly updates. We don't disappear into a cave and emerge with something you didn't ask for.
Launch and handoff
We deploy, monitor, and make sure everything works in the real world with your actual data. We stick around for the first few weeks to catch anything that needs adjusting.
Ongoing partnership
Most clients stay for the long run. A monthly retainer keeps your systems healthy and gives you a trusted dev on speed dial. New automations, changes to existing ones, and monitoring are all covered.
