Software that runs your business, not the other way around

Telora Labs builds custom software and AI automations for businesses that have outgrown their spreadsheets and duct-taped workflows.

The background

I'm Nikita Sinenko, and I've been building web applications professionally for over 15 years. I've worked across fintech, SaaS, and enterprise systems, mostly on the infrastructure that businesses rely on every day: internal tools, integrations between platforms, and the data pipelines that keep everything in sync.

More recently, I've been focused on AI automation: building agents that handle repetitive business tasks, connecting internal systems to AI so teams can get answers without waiting for a report, and designing integrations that replace hours of manual work with something that runs itself.

I'm based in Dubai and work remotely with teams across Europe, Asia, and the US.

Why Telora Labs

I started Telora Labs because I kept running into the same thing: businesses spending hours on tasks that should take seconds. Moving data between apps by hand. Compiling reports from five different sources every Friday. Following up on invoices manually because "that's just how we've always done it."

The tools to fix all of this already exist. Most companies just need someone who knows how to put them together, and who'll stick around to keep them running as the business evolves.

How I work

I'm straightforward about what I can and can't do. If a project isn't a good fit, I'll say so. If something will take longer than expected, you'll know early, not at the deadline.

Every project gets a clear scope and a fixed price before we start. I keep you updated weekly and I'm reachable by email or chat during working hours. After a project ships, most clients move to a monthly retainer for ongoing changes and maintenance.
