Every build turns on one constraint

Pick a sector and the design question changes with it. This is the constraint the build is designed around before anything is written.

A permission problem.

A listing cannot reach a portal without a valid Trakheesi advertisement permit number, so the design question is not what the agent can do but what it is forbidden to do without a person.

A race and a reconciliation problem.

Cash on delivery separates the moment the parcel is handed over from the moment the money arrives, so orders, courier remittances and refunds have to be matched before anyone acts on them.

An absence-of-event problem.

A shipment that stalls emits nothing at all: no webhook, no status change, no error. Catching it needs a clock and a threshold set per lane, not a trigger.

Discovery call

Free, 30 minutes. One workflow walked end to end, with the trigger, the systems it touches and the decision in the middle of it written down. That document is yours either way.

Focused first project

You approve the scope in writing before anything is built. What you sign off is a behaviour: what the agent may do on its own, and what it has to hand to a person.

Ship & iterate

It goes live against your real data. The first weeks are for the cases the test set did not contain, and those fixes are part of the build rather than a change request.

Ongoing partnership

Ongoing work runs on an optional monthly retainer: new automations, changes to existing ones, and monitoring.
